Property firm on course to welcome £100m of new homes to North East

A leading property firm is on course to reach the impressive milestone of welcoming £100m of new-build homes to the housing market this year.

Bradley Hall’s new homes division has been working in partnership with the company’s recently launched land and development department to bring a "field to finish" approach to housebuilding and sales.

New properties this year include modern mansions within Ramside Park, Durham City, which are being marketed with the firm from £1.6m and include complimentary membership to nearby Ramside Hall golf club and spa, and bungalows in Barnes View, Sunderland.

The new build properties add to an already impressive portfolio of traditional stock which the firm is also marketing from its network of five residential offices in Alnwick, Morpeth, Gosforth, Sunderland and Durham.
