Officers are carrying out enquiries into the incident and are appealing for any witnesses.

It's thought the vehicle is a silver/grey small hatchback-type vehicle and that there were two men inside, although this has not been confirmed.

Extra officers are in the area.

Superintendent Mick Paterson said: "Understandably this is an incredibly distressing incident for the victim and supporting her is our priority.

“We have specially trained officers working with her to ensure she has the support she needs.
