Firmly established on the north east culinary map, head chef Tony Hall and his kitchen team have a spring menu, where classic pub favourites like steak and ale pie and the towering Seaton Lane Aberdeen Angus burger rub shoulders with seasonal treats like pan fried sea bass with heritage potatoes and samphire and lamb cutlets with rosemary jus.
