Washington man faces trial over child porn
A 56-YEAR-OLD man has been sent for trial at crown court after indecent images of children were allegedly found on his computer.
Michael McMahon is alleged to have had some images at the most serious Level A, Sunderland Magistrates’ court heard.
McMahon, of Raby Road, Oxclose, Washington, faces four charges of making an indecent photograph of a child, and three charges of possessing an indecent photograph of a child.
District Judge Roger Elsey sent the case to Newcastle Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on January 23. McMahon was released on bail.
