Megan, a member of the distribution team, has been with Rayovac since October 2014 and is now employed as a fully-qualified, permanent distribution administrator.

“I’m so happy I won the award for Apprentice of the Year. I feel very proud to have worked so hard and had my achievements recognised in this way,” she said.

“My apprenticeship helped me mature in my role as I was given increasing responsibilities and tasks to take on for myself.”
