Two to stand trial over allegation of sexual touching of man in County Durham venue
Two men are to stand trial at Crown Court, accused of a sex attack on a man.

Andrew John Fenney and Andrew Stuart Simpson, both of Wesley Terrace, Chester-le-Street, appeared at Peterlee Magistrates Court, accused of sexual touching of a man over 16 who was not consenting in venue in the town in March last year.
Fenney, 42, and Simpson, 39, both denied the charge.

Hide AdDistrict judge Jane Hamilton declined jurisdiction on the case and it was committed to Durham Crown Court on April 6.
Both men were released on unconditional bail.
