INGREDIENTS
1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
2 1/2 tbsp tomato puree
l 30g mozzarella cheese, grated
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400F/Gas 6/Fan 180.
2. Put the tortilla wrap on a baking sheet and spread over the tomato puree. Sprinkle over the cheese.
3. You can also add any toppings that you like. If you are going to use meats, make sure they are pre-cooked because the pizzas take 8-9 minutes to cook.

Hide Ad4. Bake for 8-9 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the base is crisp. Cut into triangles and allow to cool slightly before serving.
