Metro passengers urged to leave more time for journeys after morning services are cancelled

A series of Metro services have been cancelled due to the availability of drivers.

The network has confirmed which trains will not run today, Monday, November 16, because of the staffing issues.

A spokesperson for Metro said: “Please leave extra time for your journey.

The trains which will not run are:

7.09am - South Gosforth - Pelaw

7.40am Pelaw - Monkseaton

8.27am Monkseaton - Pelaw

9.16am Pelaw - South Gosforth
