Man taken to hospital after motorbike collision on Park Lane in Sunderland

The man was in a roadside collision involving a motorbike along Park Lane on Friday, August 7.

A double North East Ambulance service crew attended the scene in Sunderland City Centre at 4.15pm, where the patient was treated and taken to the RVI hospital in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

His condition has not been disclosed but an individual was sat upright at the scene while being assisted by members of the public.
