Drivers have been warned to avoid risking being over the limit for driving after enjoying themselves the night before.

A spokesperson for Cleveland & Durham RPU said: “This was late in the morning at around 11:30am and just goes to show you can still be well over the limit from the night before, so please don’t risk it.”

Suspected drink and drug drivers can be reported to police by calling 101.
