Sunderland homes left smoke-logged after outhouse fire

Two homes were left smoke-logged after an outhouse fire in Sunderland.

Firefighters were called to Beachwood Crescent, in Marley Pots, at 4pm today after reports of the blaze.

Two crews tackled the fire and no one was injured, but two houses were left smoke-logged as a result of smoke coming from the fire.
