'Sunderland genuinely don't get beat anymore': Fans react as Black Cats make it FIFTEEN games unbeaten

Jack Ross' side took a first-half lead courtesy of Aiden McGeady's 39th-minute opener, before Andy Cook equalised for the hosts after the break.
And while some fans weren't so keen about the thought of a second-round replay on Tuesday December 11, most supporters were happy to still be in the competition.

Here's how some fans reacted on social media:

@hooolio33: "Sunderland genuinely don’t get beat anymore which is quite canny I think #SAFC"
@_dgallagher99: "Well that was the last thing we needed at least we are still in the hat for Monday’s draw. Hopefully we’ll get the job done in the replay"
@Parsden: "Disappointing draw but at least we're in the hat #safc"

Way I see it, I want Sunderland to win every game no matter what competition it is - even if it adds more games. #safc"
@ScottAvalanche: "so a replay at home then? sounds excellent."
@DanielJenks89: "I don’t mind having replays, but personally I think these extra games should go straight to penalties just like in the League Cup #safc"
@RokerReport: "Fairly ordinary performance. Didn’t do anything wrong but I was actually more impressed with Mumba’s impact when he came on."
