The Arenal boss, making his 17th visit to the arena, has won eight of his visits here, in all competitions, drawing five and losing three times.

You have to go back to February 2012 for his last defeat at Sunderland, 2-0 in the FA Cup, and even further for the last stumble in the Premier League, a 1-0 loss in November 2009, Darren Bent getting the home winner.
