Chris Young has been looking at the key battle which could go some way to deciding who comes out on top in the relegation battle.

Chris has identified Dieumerci Mbokani as the Canaries’ dangerman, and believes the Sunderland defensive duo of Lamine Kone and Younes Kaboul must be on their toes the full game.

He said: “Dieumerci Mbokani has netted just five goals since joining Norwich on loan last summer, yet he is a handful for defenders with his power and pace.

“It will be a contrasting challenge for Sunderland’s centre halves than the one posed by Jamie Vardy last weekend, but still a stern one.

“Sunderland cannot afford to let the Congo international build up a head of steam.”

Meanwhile, Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas has been having his say on who he believes will come out on top – and he believes the Black cats can pick up three vital points.

The former Arsenal striker says: “Norwich are vulnerable at the back, especially with Timm Klose being injured, which is a real blow for them, and I think they’ll push on and attack because of the crowd and that might just suit Sunderland.”

Klose’s absence isn’t too much of a blow to Sunderland, however, insists Norwich star Matt Jarvis, who pinpoints a former Newcastle star as being the man who can stop Sunderland from scoring here.
