Stop moaning about cuts

I see Mel Speding and Deputy Council Leader Harry Trueman are again moaning about cuts brought about by the last Labour government's overspending (October 18).

If they really cared, they would use reserve money, stop paying themselves so much and stop wasting money, then we could have the waste bins and the dog bins emptied, the streets swept and the diabolical paving in Fawcett Street, the army side of Vine Place and parts of Chester Road, repaved.
