Seated chair exercise is held every Thursday from 10am to 11am in Southwick Form. Enjoy some gentle exercise followed by a cuppa and biscuits. Cost is £3 and everyone is elcome.

Members of the Kids’ Club, which meets on Tuesdays in Southwick Forum, had a great time making and eating pancakes. Karen managed to flip her pancake as the children looked on.

The Salvation Army, Southwick, will be holding a family fun day on Thursday from 11am to 1pm. Every Friday is Big Breakfast Time from 9am to noon. It costs £1.50 and includes tea, coffee and toast.

At the Salvation Army in Roker Avenue you can enjoy a two-course lunch for £2.50 every Tuesday. Everyone is welcome.
