A ceilidh was held in North Street Methodist Church Silksworth in aid of Prostate Cancer Research UK. The excellent music was provided by the Mussel Square Boys Ceilidh Band, who kindly gave their services for free in support of the charity. The event ,which included a pie and peas supper, was organised by Susan Hewitson and her family, and was a huge success, with the church hall filled to capacity. More than £400 was raised and Susan would like to thank everyone for their support, especially those who assisted with the supper.
