Mothering Sunday will be celebrated this Sunday at Christ Church, Station Road, at the 10am Holy Communion Service. Evening Prayer will be held at 6pm.

Christ Church will hold its AGM on Tuesday, March 8, in the Lady Chapel of the Church. Nominations and names are requested for the posts of church wardens and members of the Parochial Church Council.

The next meeting of Seaham Branch Royal British Legion will take place on Wednesday, March 16, in the Farn Scouting Centre. Please note the meeting will commence at the earlier time of 7pm. All members are requested to attend.

A medieval theme night is to be held in Christ Church hall to raise funds for the church and St Andrew’s on Saturday, March 19, at 7pm. Tickets are £5. If you wish to attend add your name to the lists to be found in both churches. Numbers required for catering.
