RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch: What's your favourite bird?

As the world's biggest garden wildlife survey prepares for its 2016 launch, we take a look at the region's favourite feathered friends.

The RSPB’s Big Garden Birdwatch will be held later this month on January 30 and January 31 - and the charity is encouraging you to take the great outdoors and keep your eyes peeled.

More than half a million people across the country are expected to participate in this year's effort to observe changes in numbers of birds using gardens in winter.
