Road closed by police following crash
A stretch of road has been closed by police following a crash this evening.
It happened on the B1287 between Ryhope and Seaham.
Officers from Durham Constabulary are on the scene.
In a statement on Facebook the force said: "Durham Police are currently on scene dealing with a road accident on the B1287 between Seaham and Ryhope at this time the road is currently closed.
"We will update Facebook when open. Many Thanks."
