- Living in Sunderland - People's views on the city and their community- The City Council and its services - Online services - Their own employment and skills - Their home - Their health and wellbeing

Findings from the survey will be used to inform how the City Council will support local people, will help shape services and will influence the work it does with a wider set of organisations. These will be available in Spring 2019.

Coun Graeme Miller said: "I'd encourage everyone invited to take part in this survey to do so, because the information they provide is really valuable in helping us agree priorities for the city and shape how services are delivered in future.

"This is an opportunity for people to share their views on everything from how they feel about their city and council services to life in their communities and whether they would like to be more involved in what goes on there.

"We very much value people's views and I'm looking forward to finding out what they think on a wide range of issues. I know everyone leads busy lives but I'd ask anyone who receives the survey to take the time to fill it in and send it back to us either using the paper form or the online link so that we can take their views into account."
