Iceland is recalling a popular product due to incorrect storage instructions on the packaging.

The firm has issued a recall notice for a batch of 450g Jim Beam Bourbon Ribs with the "use by" date of 25 March 2017 due to incorrect storage instructions.

Customers who follow the instructions on the packaging may find the product spoils, the company has said.

Eating spoiled food is inadvisable, and could pose a potential health risk.

Iceland has advised customers not to eat the product, and instead to contact the Iceland Customer Care line on 01244 84284 for further information.
