Armed officers are on hand as there is a possibility that the man may have a weapon in the room with him. A small cordon has been put in place around the address to allow for emergency services to deal with this incident. Other than this cordon local people are able to go about their business as normal. A police spokesman said: "This is an isolated incident contained within the house and there are no roads are closed. "There is no risk to any members of the public at this time and our current priority is to get the man to come out of the room without causing any harm to himself or any of the officers inside the address."
