Police search for man to speak to about suspected robbery

Police officers are appealing for members of the public to help them find a man who they hope to speak to regarding an alleged robbery.

Luther Ankonum, 29, is believed to have links to Seaham and Peterlee and could be in those areas.

A spokesperson for Durham Constabulary said: “We would like to speak to him in connection with a suspected robbery.

“Anyone who has seen Luther, or knows of his whereabouts should call DS Wilkes on 101.”
