Plenty of cash in reserves
Frankly, there is no need for Sunderland Council to cut disabled students' travel allowances.
The last I heard, there was in excess of £100million in cash reserves.
This is our money. What is the council hoarding this money for? Trips to far-flung places, to see how things are done there?
