If your little ones have already got an idea of what they would like to see under the tree on December 25, we have got all of the details about when Santa Claus is setting up camp in The Bridges shopping centre in Sunderland.
This is when you can head into the city centre with your shopping bags and pay a visit to that special grotto.

Hide AdSanta himself opened his workshop for 2019 on Thursday, November 14 – and he’ll be in the centre all the way up until Christmas Eve, so there's plenty of time to head along.
It costs £2 per child to pay a visit to Santa, and also includes a gift. Fifty pence from every donation will go to Rotary SR1, which supports local charities and initiatives.
Here are the opening times at the grotto.
From Thursday, November 14 until Monday, December 9:
10am until 4pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
10am until 7pm Thursdays
9am until 5pm Saturdays
11am until 5pm Sundays
From Monday, December 9:
10am until 7pm Monday to Friday
9am until 5pm Saturdays
11am until 5pm Sundays
What else is happening at the Bridges this Christmas?
The centre is once again hosting its annual Reindeer Dash – a 1k indoor family fun run – on Sunday, December 8. A VIP Business Shopping Night will also take place on Thursday, December 5.
