On Tuesday, December 24, Christmas Eve, the official Santa tracker went live with just one day to go until Christmas Day.
Families across the region have been counting down the days throughout December waiting for Santa to arrive and thanks to the modern age of technology, we can now follow his journey delivering presents with the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) tracker.
NORAD was formed in 1958 and for every year since, it has reported Santa's location on this day to millions of children and families.
The same radars, satellites and interceptors used year-round to defend Canadian and American airspace from threats will be used to track Santa as he carries out his round-the-world mission to deliver toys to girls and boys around the globe.

Those who use the tracker can watch Santa make preparations for his flight with his reindeer before he starts deliveries.
His journey always begins in the South Pacific and his first stop will be to the Republic of Kiribati.
NORAD's "Santa Cams" will stream videos as Santa makes his way across the world.
The website includes a holiday countdown, games and activities for children and adults to enjoy while they wait for Santa to arrive.
Gen. Terrence O'Shaughnessy, commander of NORAD and U.S. Northern Command said: "In addition to our day-to-day mission of defending North America, we are proud to carry on the tradition of tracking Santa as he travels along his yuletide flight path.”
