Search for Sunderland pensioner's family after his death in hospital days after Christmas

A search has been launched to trace family members of a Sunderland man who died in hospital just days after Christmas.

Anthony Wilson, who lived in the city all his life, was in Sunderland Royal Hospital when he died on Sunday, December 27.

While the 75-year-old, of Thorne Square, Thorney Close, had a number of good friends and neighbours, it is not known if he had any relatives.
