Little Mix release festive music video for their first Christmas song 'One I've Been Missing'

Little Mix have released their first Christmas song.

The band – made up of South Shields stars Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – released their festive track ‘One I've Been Missing' on Friday, November 22, which has attracted praise from devoted fans around the world.

And now the group have unveiled the song’s official music video which features footage from their recent tour, LM5, as well as Christmas-themed shots of the girls singing their new song.

Their track will be in the running for the official Christmas Number One and already the music video – which premiered on December 2 – has seen more than one million fans tune in to watch it.

This song will be Little Mix's first official Christmas single. However, they did release a Christmas version of their 2015 single ‘Love Me Like You.’

In a video message posted on Twitter and Instagram to promote the song on Monday, November 18, the girls appeared in black and red outfits in front of a Christmas tree wearing tinsel.

In the message, Leigh-Anne Pinnock said: “Hey guys. Our brand new Christmas single One I’ve Been Missing is coming out Friday.

“It’s out first ever Christmas song so it’s very special to us. Very exciting. So, keep an ear out for lots more Christmassy content coming to you guys very soon.

“Ho Ho Ho. We love you guys.”
