Before he lost his life, Dean’s calendar had already sold out but now his family has vowed to put them back up for sale.

Posting on Dean’s photoraphy Facebook page, daughter Megan Matthews said: “As my dad’s calendars had recently sold out before his passing I will be damned if I let such a legend go down. After all of the overwhelming comments and messages I have received, I have decided to put his amazing 2021 calendars back up for sale due to the popular demand.

"He made us ever so proud so we shall make sure we continue to do the same for him. Appreciate all of the support.”

A Just Giving page, set up by fellow photographer Liam McCormick, and husband, Michael McGrath, has raised more than £3,500 to go towards a memorial bench along Sunderland’s seafront – with any remaining funds going directly to Dean’s family.
