Damaging an iPhone and drug driving - the latest Sunderland court cases
Syed Nasir Ahmed, 35, of Huntington Gardens, Humbledon, Sunderland, received three penalty points on his driving licence, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £110 prosecution costs after admitting driving a vehicle without an MoT certificate and driving with a defective tyre on March 20.
Wayne Alan Kilty, 38, of Stafford Street, Hendon, Sunderland, was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on October 14.

Hide AdTyler Edgar, 19, of Witham Road, Hebburn, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drug driving in Sunderland on March 28.


Paul Lamb, 33, of Coverdale Avenue, Washington, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting breaching a non-molestation order on September 30.
Paul McCluskey, 34, of Ripon Road, Sunderland, was banned from driving for nine months and ordered to pay a £346 fine, £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting driving while disqualified and without insurance on August 15.
Josh Fothergill, 26, of Long Row, South Shields, was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting causing £420 of criminal damage in Sunderland on July 15.
