Clap for Carers: How the North East reacted on sixth week of tributes to NHS staff and key workers
Many have paid tribute and raised funds for those working on the frontline, while several have been inspired by Captain Tom Moore, who celebrated his 100th birthday on Thursday and has raised over £31million for the NHS.
As has become tradition, communities once again came together on Thursday evening to clap for our national health service and key workers, while some of you sent in your pictures and videos to us via our Facebook pages.
