Assault, causing an unnecessary obstruction and other Sunderland court cases

Stacey Burnett, 30, of Corporation Road, Sunderland, was fined £60 after she admitted failing to comply with a community order imposed as part of a suspended court sentence on November 4.

Stephen Marriner, 29, of Avonmouth Road, Sunderland, was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting being drunk and disorderly on October 8.

Claire Michelle MacGarva, 40, of Hendon Valley Road, Sunderland, was fined £40 after she admitted one count of failing to comply with a community order on September 16 and September 29.

Duncan Eggleston, 44, of Ocean Road North, Sunderland, received a six-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly on December 9.

Roy Riding, 22, of The Knoll, Sunderland, was ordered to pay £50 compensation and complete a community order after admitting committing assault on December 23 and breaching bail conditions on January 20.

Jonathon Rutter, 22, of Tower Street, Sunderland, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting possessing cannabis in South Shields on January 12, 2019.

Mark Edward Baird, 37, of Aden Tower, Sunderland, was fined £103 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he was convicted of causing an unnecessary obstruction while in charge of a motor vehicle on February 8.
