13. Peter Ross
Adele Mackintosh: This is our Royal Mail hero. I am so very proud of Pete the postie and so very proud to call him my friend as not only is he risking his life for everyone receiving parcels, he keeps his customers and colleagues spirits high! By making us laugh and putting a smile on so many faces! What an absolute legend! Stay safe! | User (UGC) Photo: UGC

14. 'My daughter'
Christine Cowell: My beautiful daughter who works 12 hour shifts in care home leaving her two-year-old at home with her partner. She works non-stop keeping our elderly safe. These ladies putting themselves and their families at risk but their care and dedication is amazing. | User (UGC) Photo: UGC

15. Danielle Hogg
Eileen Hogg: She works as a carer looking after vulnerable people. She is working extra shifts to help out and even cancelled her week’s holiday she had booked in. She has also sacrificed not visiting her dad and nana before lockdown due to them having low immune systems to keep them safe. We are so proud of her. | User (UGC) Photo: UGC

16. 'My mam Christine'
Amy Usher: She has been an auxiliary nurse for 26 years and has done nightshift since I was 6. I've seen her tired, upset and a bit lost after some shifts but she has always given it her all! She was poorly with suspected Covid-19 and has gone back to work this week! We're so proud of you. | User (UGC) Photo: UGC
