Missing Sunderland pensioner found safe and well
A Sunderland pensioner who sparked a search by police has been found safe and well.
Washington woman, 82-year-old Margaret Ross, left her Rickleton home at around 10am yesterday morning and had not been seen for some hours causing family and friends to become concerned for her welfare.
However, Northumbria Police have said the pensioner was found safe and well yesterday evening and thanked everyone for their help in trying to trace her.
