The Riverside Cafe is the business partners’ fourth business in the city as it opens its doors today, September 1.
Over the past couple of months, the pair have lit up the ground floor of The Beam, opening No 32 Pizza and Cocktails two months ago, which in that time has slung 7,000 pizzas.
Now, they’ve turned their hand to fresh bread, pastries and brunches with their second site at The Beam.
At the other end of Keel Crossing, the chefs have already had great success with Ember and Vito’s Osteria at Sheepfolds Stables.
Open six days a week, the new addition has a takeaway side for grab and go lunches and bakes, and a 75-cover cafe for brunches and lunch.
