Man found dead in Sunderland car park
The body of a man was discovered after emergency services were scrambled to a Wearside car park.
The male, believed to be in his 40s, was found in a vehicle after emergency services were called to The Green, in Southwick, on Saturday afternoon.
Police believe there was no third party involvement in the man’s tragic death.

Hide AdA Northumbria Police spokeswoman said; “At 2.30pm on Saturday, police were informed that the body of a man had been found in a vehicle in the car park on The Green, in Southwick.
“Emergency services attended and the man, believed to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead.
“There is believed to be no third party involvement and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
