Long wait but great care

I phoned for an ambulance at about 12.10pm and it came about four hours after. She could not stand up to go to the toilet, and had to sit there for all of that time.

We had a call to say the ambulance was diverted to another case of a lady who had a heart attack.

Is there only one ambulance for the City of Sunderland?

When it did arrived, she was helped by two of the ambulance crew, a lady and a man, and they were great, nothing was too much to them. After treatment, she was sent home, both knees very badly swollen.
