The past Round Tablers '˜41 Club' has taken over the annual fireworks spectacular at Hetton Lyons Cricket Ground, previously organised by the Round Table, which is unfortunately now closed. The gates open at 6pm on Saturday with the ground and aerial display by Pendragon, the fireworks specialists, at 7pm and there are also funfair attractions for children, and refreshments available. Cost is £3 for adults and £2 for children, and people are advised to arrive early to facilitate admission as there is only limited car parking in the vicinity.
