Help to trace family tree

The first is my uncle George Clark(e), born April 25, 1890, in Monkwearmouth, Sunderland. It is believed George married sometime between 1911 and 1939, at this latter time he is recorded as a widower, living at Lansbury Drive, Chester-le-Street, employed as a Miner Stoneman.

Two other people (identities withheld in the register) are also at this address in 1939. George died on the August 29, 1953, at Birtley (I have his birth and death certificates).

The second family member (George’s younger brother) is William Clarke, born December 11, 1900, in Usworth. It is believed William married Cecilia Foster in 1927 and they had at least two children, the eldest being Mary Jane, born in the first quarter of 1934 in Washington. Terrence was possibly born in 1947, same area. Mary Jane’s married name may be Hedley.
