Grindon - Down Your Way
Grindon Mill Bowling Club, contrary to local reports, has not closed. The new season starts on Saturday, April 16. New members of all ages will be welcome. Contact Alan Graham on 07789 809 979 for details.
Cubs and Beavers meet at Grindon Church Community Project in Galway Road on Wednesday evenings from 6.15 to 7.30pm, and invite new members - boys and girls aged 6 to 10 years welcome, just come along to the Project.
Building development work is being carried out at GCCP, during which the Youthie will meet on Thursdays at the Sandhill View Centre. All other events at GCCP are unaffected unless members are advised otherwise.
