Fulwell, Roker and Seaburn - Down Your Way
Roker United Reformed Church Fellowship will meet on Tuesday, December 6, at 2pm for their AGM. All members are asked to attend.
A Christmas fair and Coffee morning will be held in All Saints’ Church meeting room, Fulwell Road, on Saturday from 10am. Coffee, mince pies, raffle, bric-a-brac, costume jewellery, cakes , memorabilia, Vicar’s birthday stall, tombola along with a variety of other stalls will be on offer. All are welcome to go along.

Hide AdThere will be a Christingle Service at All Saints’ Church, Fulwell Road, on Sunday at 4.30pm.
The service of Christmas Presence will be held at St Peter’s Church, Monkwearmouth, on Sunday at 6pm. All are welcome.
Canny Folk end of year show will take place on Friday at the Albion Public House, Victor Street, Roker, at 8pm. Tickets are not needed just go along. All are welcome.
Digital Camera Club meets at the Bedehive in the Bakehouse at St Peter’s Church, Monkwearmouth, on Mondays from 7pm to 9pm. Beginners to experienced photographers are welcome to go along to learn new skills and techniques. Sessions cost £2.

Hide AdBallroom dancing has re-started at the Naval Club in Roker Avenue on Wednesdays at 8pm. Entrance is £1.50. All are welcome.
Balletbefit classes are held in Fulwell Community Centre, Chapman Street. These are adult fitness sessions with a difference, suitable for all abilities. There is no need to have previous dance experience. Work out to dance inspired sessions on Mondays from 7pm to 9pm. Karate classes are held in Fulwell Community Centre, Chapman Street, on Saturdays from 2pm to 3pm. All ages and abilities are welcome, ring Steve on 07896 074151 for details.
neSlimmers sessions areheld in Chapman Street Community Centre (off Sea Road) every Wednesday at 6pm. There is no joining fee, pay only as you attend. Find them on Face book at North East Slimmers.

Hide AdGo along to the friendly tea dance at the Seaburn Centre on Thursdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm for modern and sequence dancing with Jean and Johnny.
There is an RNLI Coffee Morning on Saturday, December 3, from 10am to noon above the RNLI shop at Marine Walk, Roker. Admission is £2 and includes refreshments and a lucky ticket.
