This week saw the return of Sunderland’s biggest Christmas shop as the TCL Christmas Shop returns to Thoburn’s in Hendon.
It features thousands of baubles and more and here’s more of a look at the unusual festive finds you can pick up.
1. Warm up with a hot drink
The pop up coffee shop is also back. Frosty's will be serving hot chocolates and snacks. It also has its own igloos to shelter from any bad weather. | Sunderland Echo

2. Price points
Prices start with single baubles priced from £2 to bespoke wreathes and garlands. You can also pick up Christmas tree kits, with everything you need to decorate an average-sized tree, with various themes and colour schemes available, priced from £199. | Sunderland Echo
3. A seasonal attraction
The TCL Christmas shop makes the most of space at Thoburn's Garden Centre in Wear Street, Hendon. While TCL specialises in fabric decorations, the garden centre will soon take delivery of hundreds of real Christmas trees. | Sunderland Echo

There’s various themes across the rooms, including Luxury Nordic, Cinderella, Chanel, a Ralph Lauren-style traditional Christmas style and more. There's even a disco toilet if you need to spend a festive penny. | Sunderland Echo
