The match will be held at the Stadium of Light.

A group of 30 men are planning to play at the Stadium of Light on Tuesday evening.

Robbie Yoxall, one of the players, said they all paid about £100 each to hire the pitch, so decided they may as well use the game to raise money for charity.

Family and friends are being urged to make a donation of £1 to buy a ticket, and all the money made will be donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Robbie said: “We just thought as we were playing anyway, we might as well raise some money. Anyone is welcome to come along and watch.”

The May 31 match kicks off at 7.45pm. Advance tickets are available from Robbie on 07745672639.
