Delays on Metro after train withdrawn from service
Metro passengers have been warned to expect delays after a train was withdrawn from service.
There is a gap of up to 20 minutes in the service between South Hylton and Airport.
A tweet from Metro said: "We have a gap in the service of up to 20 minutes to trains running between South Hylton and Airport due to a train being withdrawn."
