Tyrone Richardson, 33, of Norfolk Street, Sunderland, admitted one count of flouting a restraining order imposed on January 7 this year by making contact with her between January 7-22.

South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court has now jailed Richardson for eight weeks after judging the offence to be “so serious” as it was “committed whilst subject to post-sentence supervision”.
