Police want to trace this man following car theft

Peterlee Police said in a December 11 statement on social media: “We’d like to speak to him in connection with the theft of a car which happened at 1.15am on Monday, October 5.

“The black Ford Fiesta was stolen from Quantock Place, in Peterlee, but was later found abandoned at the rear of Stockton Road, in Hartlepool.

“The vehicle has since been recovered.”

People are urged to call 101, quoting incident number 342 of October 5.
