Police appeal to identify motorcyclist caught on camera in Sunderland

Police have appealed for help identifying a motorcyclist caught on camera.

The Sunderland Police Twitter account has posted a number of images of a male rider spotted by the Ryhope and Grangetown Neighbourhood Team as part of the Northumbria force’s Operation Eagle, tackling motorbike anti-social behaviour.

Police are able to seize and destroy bikes involved in such offences.

Anyone who knows the identity of the rider is asked to contact the neighbourhood team on the telephone by calling 101 ext 75569 or by emailing [email protected].
