Officers are appealing to the public to help find Daniel Hart, 28 who is wanted in connection with a number of suspected shoplifting offences.
The 28-year-old has links to Peterlee, Durham and Shotton Colliery.
A Peterlee police spokesperson said: “Officers are keen to speak to him in connection with a number of shoplifting offences.
