A man has been released under investigation after a Mercedes crashed into a barrier on the the A19 in Seaham.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and careless driving after an incident in the late hours of Friday, December 3.
Durham Police say the man has been released under investigation while further enquiries are carried out.
